Wayne Myers – Chairman
Wayne was appointed as a Director and Chairman of Australian Water Queensland in May 2010. Wayne brings the company a wealth of experience, having served in executive management positions with a number of leading Australian and multinational companies.
Since 1990 Wayne has sat on the boards of TAB Qld, 4 TAB, AT&T Australia and Lucent Technologies. In recent times Wayne has been the Managing Director of Sirocco Technologies and is currently a board member of Stadiums Australia and Ergon Energy.
Tony Bellas – Director
Tony was appointed a Director to Australian Water Queensland in August 2010 and provides strategic advice in the areas of finance and economics.
Tony has had a long and distinguished career with Queensland Treasury, having served as the Deputy Under-Treasurer. After leaving the Queensland Government Tony has held the role of CEO of CS Energy, Queensland’s largest power generator, Ergon Energy and more recently the Seymour Group, Queensland largest private development and investment group.
