Australian Water Queensland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Waters Holdings (AWH) and was formed to take advantage of opportunities in the rapidly developing area of South East Queensland.
Australian Water Queensland is led by Wayne Myers, its Executive Chairman and Tony Bellas, Director. Our office is located in Brisbane’s blue chip business precinct at No.10 Eagle Street, Brisbane.
Australian Water Queensland provides extensive water infrastructure expertise to the benefit of developers and all levels of government involved in the future land release areas of South East Queensland which is heavily supported by the State Government.
South East Queensland covers 22,890 square kilometres and is Australia’s fastest growing metropolitan region. From 2006 to 2031, its population is expected to grow from 2.8 million to 4.4 million people. By 2031, an additional 754,000 dwellings will be required, as well as supporting infrastructure and services.
